Shipping & Delivery
All orders are carefully prepared and shipped with tracking.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, with your tracking number.
Delivery Times
Delivery takes 5–10 business days after your order has been shipped.
Delivery times are estimates and start from the shipping date, not the order date. During busy periods (sales, holidays), delivery may take slightly longer.
Shipping Costs
Delivery is free on all orders over 40€. For orders below 40€, a flat shipping fee of 4,95€ applies at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you can follow your package at any time on our Track My Order page using your tracking number.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at supportlovaaya@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order — after that, we cannot guarantee the change.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 business days or your package appears lost, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, you will receive a free replacement or a full refund.
