Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it.
Your Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. At Lovaaya, we extend this period to 30 days.
To exercise this right, simply contact us at supportlovaaya@gmail.com with your order number.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and in its original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
For hygiene reasons, bodysuits and intimates can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact.
Sale and discounted items can be returned under the same conditions as full-priced items.
How to Return
- Email us at supportlovaaya@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will confirm your return and send you the return address and instructions within 48 hours.
- Ship the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except if the item is defective, damaged, or not the item you ordered.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email and process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days at the latest.
There are no restocking fees. The full price of the returned item(s) will be refunded, including standard delivery costs if you return the entire order.
If you haven't received your refund after 14 days, please check with your bank first, then contact us at supportlovaaya@gmail.com.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs — no return required in most cases.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Contact us at supportlovaaya@gmail.com and we will arrange an exchange, subject to availability. The fastest option is often to return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects under French and EU consumer law.
